Welcome to our practice! When you visit our office, you can expect personalized service from our caring and compassionate staff. We suggest you wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Please allow 60 minutes for the first appointment.
The Initial Visit
When you arrive at our office, you’ll receive a warm welcome from our staff members. After verifying your paperwork is in order, you may have a brief wait in our comfortable waiting area.
A staff member will escort you back to an examination room to meet your doctor. You’ll discuss what brought you to the practice today, and if there are other lifestyle issues that might affect your problem.
A complete medical history is taken before undergoing an in-depth physical exam, including various chiropractic, functional movement, and orthopedic tests to get the most accurate diagnosis. If X-rays are deemed necessary, you’ll be referred out for them.
After all the testing is done, your doctor will review their findings with you, explaining what was found, how it affects your problem, and if we can help you. We discuss your plan of care, how long it will take to see results, and what the cost will be to you. Our doctor will answer any questions you may have and ensure you have what you need to make an informed decision.
Your health care is always up to you. If you choose to proceed with care, you’ll receive your first adjustment today.
Financial Responsibility
After your doctor has finished with care, our front desk will handle all the financial details.
You’ll receive a breakdown of what your insurance plan covers, as well as any deductibles, copays or coinsurance you are responsible for. We accept major credit cards, except for American Express, and HSA plans.
Future appointments will also be scheduled at this time.
